The research involved site-directed mutagenesis, PCR, producing recombinant plasmids, designing recombinant proteins, protein purification, transformation, gel electrophoresis, western blots, and data analysis. I have also maintained human-induced pluripotent stem cells and differentiated them into beating cardiomyocytes (animal cell culture). Show less

      Participated in the Fundamental Science Wolfram Winter School 2023. This competitive program is a compilation of lectures and guided research. Winter School students learn about fundamental physics from the Wolfram Model and apply various findings to their research. I worked closely with many mentors from Wolfram Research including Stephen Wolfram himself, who helped define my project.I built a preliminary shape-based chemistry model in the Wolfram language called "Tetris for Proteins."
