      Activities and Societies: 8-a-side football in a league where other University of Sussex students participated. I finished my degree with an Upper-second Class Honours (2:1), achieving 66% overall. Key modules include: Contemporary Issues in Accounting (73%), Advanced Financial Accounting (71%), and Advanced Management Accounting (70%). All three of these modules were taken in my final year; the latter two were assessed through an unseen exam (UEX) and were accredited by the ACCA & CIMA professional bodies.

      Finance Intern

      I had a one week work experience here shadowing a financial analyst for 4 days and shadowing an auditor in the accountancy department for the final day. I was able to process my own invoices, understand how financing in a large corporation works and was able to take the role of an auditor for an hour. This experience taught be diligence, understanding of the finance world and the opportunities I can take from it.
