  (Student job) Swapfiets is a bike service company that offers a working bike for a monthly fee.Currently we have around 500 customers benefitting from our service in Brussels and a total of 120 000 worldwide.I have been part of Swapfiets since the inauguration in Brussels in November 2018, lots of marketing had to be done in order to create a fanbase and attract customers. My tasks consist of delivering bikes directly to the customers, at a place thy decide. Then, I need to explain the whole service we offer and make sure they understand everything, because the deliveries occur in Brussels, the language can be English, Dutch or French. If a problem occurs with one of the bikes, I need to go and fix it. At the same time I need to maintain a conversation with the customer and making sure the experience is good for him too. Show less
