  Participated in the 'Breast Interventional Imaging Program' - BIIP, a 5 day workshop held in IIT Madras organised by Hologic and Trivitron. The workshop mainly focused on the advancements in Breast Tomosynthesis for better imaging procedures. It also included live demos of Ultrasound guided core breast biopsy and stereotactic xray guided breast biopsy.

  A three day experience as a volunteer at Medicall expo was a truly unique and enriching one. The expo included exhibits of varied medical equipments from companies around the world. Seminars and lectures on state of the art healthcare trends were also a part of the event. The most vital of all was the Medicall interoperability event which is based on the interoperable sharing of medical data between different platforms. I was able to interact with professionals from the industry and gain insight on the various healthcare technologies. Show less
