      Evening Operations Manager

      Managed two buildings during the evening hours to overlap with the second and third shifts, focusing on the wellbeing of the staff, residents, patients, and the two facilities. The residential building houses around 250 residents with a staff of 50 personnel over 10 floors. The rehabilitation building accommodated up to 100 recovering and rehabilitating patients from the surrounding hospitals and ran by a staff of 35 spread over three floors. Ensured that nurses and general staff had the coordination with the site’s primary manager for supply and administrative tasks, to include distribution of pay to second and third shifts. Welcomed new patients to the rehabilitation building that arrived during the day and evening, taking note of their arrival conditions and alleviate their concerns, as well as build a rapport during subsequent days so they felt comfortable communicating. Responsible for the overall cleanliness and efficiency of both buildings, to include monitoring nurse response times, conditions of all floors multiple times during a shift, and coordinating with the lead nurses on issues as they arose.
