      • Managed a comprehensive program for 270 Holocaust survivors including care management, counseling, financial assistance, support groups, volunteer assistance, educational events.• Advocated and assisted with restitution and compensation claims (Germany and Austria).• Developed state and nationally recognized programs for Holocaust survivors including presentations to local schools, Holocaust commemoration events, peer support, and memoir writing groups.• Collaborated with hospice/palliative care agencies to provide high-quality, culturally appropriate end-of-life care for Holocaust survivors.• Implemented a budget and contract compliance to the Claims Conference in New York.• Supervised, trained program staff and volunteers.• Provided geriatric care management, family consultations, counseling services to individuals, families, and couples over an eight-year period.       • Direct all adult service programs (geriatric care management, senior information line, older adult educations workshops, counseling, home care for seniors, Holocaust Survivor Program, financial aid); supervise 14 clinicians; coordinate a budget of nearly one million dollars; create educational materials; write bimonthly aging advice newspaper column for the J Weekly; direct and implement quality control of a non-profit/for-profit home care business partnership. • Developed and launched a partnership with Ashby Village (aging in place) for care management services of complex clients who were at risk of losing their independence.• Supervise the provision of care coordination services at a local Aging in Place housing model with 48 units for older adults at risk for homelessness, with multiple chronic diseases, who are frail and are nursing home eligible.• Manage and allocate Holocaust survivor financial assistance. Perform multi-dimensional assessments, which include psychological, medical, financial with verification of historical documents of potential recipients.
