   With a staff of 100 employees and an average annual budget of $3.5 millions, we accomplished many projects with high impact on:- Quality and productivity: Reduce for more than 3 months the processing delay of social allowances;- Optimization of claims and incidents management: Using ITIL and deploying GLPI solution;- CAPEX and OPEX optimization: core business software developed by our own engineers and focused on open source. The major projects:- Reorganisation of IT structure (segregation of development and run units; setting a service desk; creating a tests unit as well as a Change Advisory Board (CAB) for change management);- Securing IT infrastructure and modernisation: (Datacenter renovation, mail server deployment, etc.);- Inter-connexion network: 40 sites in the country;- Core social security business software development and deployment (duration: 2 years);- Other projects: Electronic Document Management (EDM); HRM and Payroll; Accounting.
