Products included automatic and manual transmission shifters, transfer case shifters, park brake cables, transmission cables, and release cables. Reported to the Chief Operating Officer.Joint venture leadership in China and the US included:Chairman, Dura Ganxiang Automotive Systems, Shanghai, China (2006 – 2009). Led an $18 million JV between Dura and Ganxiang Automotive Mirror Co., Ltd. Products include automatic and manual transmission shifters & cables, park brakes, and cross car beams.Chairman, Shanghai Dura Vehicle Components, Shanghai, China (2007 – 2009). Led a $0.4 million JV between Dura and Shanghai Precision & Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. Products included automotive cables.Board Member, ACK Controls, Glasgow, KY (2008 – 2009).
