  As Consultant to CMS Aliganj Branch (2018-2020), took complete responsibility for establishing the fashion design elective subject for G XI & XII including department infrastructure setup (labs & FD room), machines and equipment procurement, faculty and lab assistant hiring and training, study content generation as text books for XI & XII as per the ISC curriculum, organizing workshops, exhibitions and industry visits, making and evaluating test and exam papers.Handed over a fully functional flourishing FD department to the school after the completion of the committed tenure of maiden batch having written their board exams (2018-2020).
