      As the Centre Manager, I am the heart of the Centre and responsible for its day to day management and running. The development of relationships with tenants and suppliers is key to the effective running of the centre. This includes overseeing the organisation and maintenance of appropriate records, including: health and safety, risk assessment; COSHH; manual handling; accident reporting and first aid. The creating and implementation of effective procedures and an emergency action plan.I responsible for managing the tendering and procurement process of outsourced services such as security and cleaning.
