Show less • Support the technical advisor engineers in diagnosing and solving the complicated technical issues.• Support service centers which do not have a dedicated technical advisor and authorized dealers in solving the technical problems.• Prepare and issue the quality information reports (QIRs), issue hotlines, attend the weekly GSSC video conferences with the manufacturer technical support team, and preparing case studies to be presented during the video conferences.• Review the technical service bulletins (TSBs) on weekly basis and share them with the technical support team and all service centers.• Install and update all scan tool devices of all service centers and authorized dealers for all brands (Hyundai, Mazda, Geely and Chery).• Prepare and implement additional reports, projects and tasks as requested.• Prepare reports for CPA cases, and the monthly activity reports for technical support department.
