Later on, I worked as a business development executive. My responsibility was to manage stakeholders and recruit 500+ educators involved in the ed-tech project.

  Communications Coordinator

  My journey with Kishoree foundation began working as a volunteer and now I manage cum coordinate the projects of Kishoree all over West Bengal. Our goal is to make sanitary napkins accessible to girls (12-19 years) all over India. We organize pad drives and Workshops on menstrual hygiene all over Kolkata, Bihar and Jharkhand. In Kolkata, we have managed to impact more than 200+ girls over last 3 years. Our project has impacted areas like Sealdah, Jadavpur, Dum Dum, Kolkata Station, Girish Park, MG road, Sova Bazar and so on. Show less

  Curriculum Designer

  Developing STEM curriculum for students of North-East region (Assam) with the team of TFIx, in collaboration with NEAID and UNICEF. This project is envisioned to create a large-scale impact for thousands of female students of Assam. My work is to design teacher manuals and student learning guidelines for Science and Math by incorporating 21st Century Skill,catering to Grades 6 to 10.

  Mentoring and enabling Teach For India fellows to delve into holistic pedagogy, transformational teaching practices and curriculum development. Grade 2 teacher at Sultan Ahmed Memorial Kmcp School. Advising and mentoring new fellow accepts to enable and strengthen their vision, ideas and motivation for the fellowship.
