  Aarhus Case Competition (ACC) is one of the largest case competitions in the Nordic region. It spans five days, three cases, 500 participants, and 27 student volunteers. As one of the three Head Coordinators, I had the overall responsibility for the entire organization and the associated strategy and direction for ACC 2020. This resulted in:- Hiring and managing 24 students across five different teams. I significantly improved my communication and leadership skills. The biggest challenge was finding a balance between being a fellow student and a leader at the same time.- Pitching, negotiating contracts, and cultivating partnerships with a range of companies: Lidl Denmark, Clearwater International, H&B, Novozymes, Aarhus University, and the Student Union.- Constructing and maintaining a budget of over 1.3 million DKK.- Due to a minor pandemic, we had to cancel ACC 2020. With three weeks to go and a lockdown, it was a major challenge to wind down and transition ACC to 2021. Show less

  IBM Denmark strives to retain the title of one of the best workplaces for students. This is the mission of the University Relations team. As a member of this team, my tasks included:- Nurturing existing and creating new network connections with students, professors, and university administration.- Presenting and promoting IBM as a workplace. I primarily did this through Company Dating events and various workshops.- Executing the rollout of the IBM Academic Initiative – a creative technological hub consisting of IBM digital solutions that students can use for free.   3rd Rotation, Back Office Projects, 2023 - Lead for a number of projects with relation to the new Data Warehouse and the overall back office data platform of MFT Energy. Defining a new Risk Framework for Algorithmic Trading across the company as part of an ongoing strategic goal for the Risk Management team.2nd Rotation, Singapore, 2023 Spend three months in Singapore as the Risk Manager for the two APAC teams. Conducted Risk Management for financially settled power products in Japan, Singapore, and Australia markets. Developed and implemented a new trade capture system for the desk.1st Rotation: Risk, 2022 Expanded on the Risk framework, including a total rework of the mandate and portfolio framework. Helped expand the team from four to ten members. Developed and wrote the policy for Operational Risk. Lead the project of implementing Power Automate as the new RPA system in MFT Energy.
