  one year of intensive training on Siemens gas / steam turbine at Siemens head office with on job training at several locations. the training went over all aspects of basic maintenance first 3 months then an on Job Training. after that more in depth maintenance training back the head office after which had to do one more OJT. with all being done along a year spam last 4 weeks of the training were soft skills and general management.
