  After several years working in the classical retail industry in France and the UK, I’m discovering the market of the second-hand clothes in Helsinki. Since October 2024, I’m working at Relove and my everyday tasks is to support the team doing: -pricing if necessary-preparing to display new customer’s products-enhancing the customer service relationship-packing clothes when the sales period ends. -using Relove computer software in Finnish What I like the most about working there is how multitasking the job can offer and that I can improve my Finnish skills everyday. After a first period of 3 months, where I have dedicated myself to learn all the companies’ processes necessary to perform an everyday job independently, I’m now entering a new step to improve my Finnish to the next level. Transferable skills: -quick understanding of the role and how to perform a task quickly and with accuracy, -adaptability to a different culture which means going beyond social skills but understanding and acknowledging that people will communicate differently,- and most importantly, understand the job better everyday because I care about what others are doing, which helps us creating a good working environment where everyone feels valued and connected to succeed together.
