Track all external Broadcast TV & Radio jobs- station logs and confirmations. Create orders and track all external Broadcast Radio & Television electronic distribution via DG. Work with the Media department on all issues. Work closely with all internal departments to coordinate workflow and meet all deadlines assigned. Serve as Agency Contact for Station reps and Station traffic departments. Assist with training Traffic employees and interns on as requested.
