  Kraus USA was acquired by MASCO Corporation in December 2020. Collaboration and Integration following an acquisition is always challenging, especially when layering the needs of a Publicly traded company with an organization that stands out for its speed and agility. Our goal is to use my intimate knowledge of the Kraus teams and operations to streamline this process and preserve the best abilities of Kraus. Our primary mandate is to ensure compliance with all MASCO operational policies and procedures; and to make them a sustainable and continued part of Kraus operations. Our secondary directive is to coordinate and direct all special projects across multi-functional departments in line with stakeholder requirements. My areas of responsibility included Warehousing, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, and Client relations. Together, with my direct reports, we built the department ground-up. At the start of my tenure, we managed 2 warehouses totaling 45,000 square feet of space, 18 Associates and 2 vendors. By the end of my tenure, we managed over 130,000 square feet of warehouse space, 4 Third Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses and 6 drayage and warehouse supply vendors.   I'm honored to head the Suffolk County branch of Canine Dimensions In-Home Dog Training. I provide custom solutions to address various types of behavior problems; obedience, aggression, pulling on the leash, fear of strangers, counter surfing, nipping, play biting and much more. It’s fun, exciting, challenging and rewarding. I love animals and am thrilled at the opportunity to enable my clients to improve their quality of life; and keeping their beloved pets in homes and out of shelters.
