  T5 Phase 2 Airfield Works - £27.1m Provided cost management services to Heathrow Airport Limited with robust cost planning publications, monthly financial reporting and in depth cashflow analysis. Developed new type of pricing schedule to enable an effective tender reconciliation and contrast with current benchmarks.Eastern Campus Apron - £98.9mLed the RIBA Stages A-D with regards to cost and commercial services on this project Led cost management for Stages D onwards. Formulated the procurement strategy on this project and implemented the first incentivised contract for design procurement. Developed cost plan on the project which was presented in a workshop and handed over to a new organisation who took over the infrastructure programme.Cost Reporting Supported and advised team on the correct use of the client’s cost reporting tool Voir moins Airfield Pavements Benchmarking Publication of benchmarks on airfield pavements and detailed analysis on aerodrome ground lighting.
