Centralization of nearly 250 strategic MSCO decision makers provides opportunity for multiple functions to work together to provide a degree of oversight and direction that has not existed on a regional basis. With the goal of increasing RSS, operational efficiency and plant utilization while reducing COGS and decreasing income taxes, the local countries marketing and selling organizations are able to focus on selling products. The members were praised for their individual and collective efforts working as part of a large cross functional/geographic team.
