Activities and Societies: Live Event Society I studied a wide range of topics at university, including live sound techniques, audio systems, sound design, architectural acoustic design, sound for video and computer games, event management, electronics, and physics. I gained hands-on experience in all of these areas through my coursework and extracurricular activities. I was an active member of the university's audio engineering club, where I worked as a sound engineer for several live events. I faced challenges and made mistakes, but I also learned how to deal with stress, manage my time, communicate effectively, build relationships, and be independent and responsible. I made lifelong friends who helped me learn and grow along the way. I also learned how to conduct myself professionally by attending networking events, shadowing professionals, and attending industry talks. I am so grateful for the experiences I had at university, and I feel it has shaped who I am today. Show less
