Conducted single-cell transcriptomics analysis of mouse gastrulation data to characterize gene expression profiles across different cell types during multiple developmental stages.3. Analyzed spike-in normalized Schizosaccharomyces pombe CHIP-Seq data to uncover novel motifs instrumental in Pol II regulation under microbial stress conditions.4. Explored human CHIP-Seq datasets to ascertain the binding profiles of MORC protein motifs.5. Undertook gene expression analysis of Oryza sativa RNA sequencing data to pinpoint novel genes implicated in the drought stress response.6. Developed a Siamese neural network model to elucidate the effects of pathogenic mutations on the ASS1 and PRMT proteins based on MD simulation data profiles. Show less
