In 2002 i was awarded a Bachelors degree in Physics and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathmatics. By trending data on breakdowns we focus on trouble spots in our manufacturing process to improve MTTR and MTBF. Then end goal is to become a ZERO downtime facility. My job responsibilities were not limited to data analysis, failure analysis of machine components plays a huge part of the reliability engineers daily job. Another large role of the reliability engineer is to be the "Go To" guy when senior technicians cannot fix a down machine. Show less
