Additionally, I reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD technicians and drafters to ensure that they met project requirements. To facilitate the filing of construction permits and receive approval from local municipalities, I liaised with relevant authorities and provided necessary documentation. I also created, printed, and modified drawings using AutoCAD software.As a coordinator of the construction bidding process, I acted as a liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that the bidding process ran smoothly. Moreover, I evaluated project risks through the identification and mitigation of requirements. During the height of the pandemic, I designed and implemented COVID safety protocols that allowed for continuous operation.One of my notable achievements was the implementation of the ‘Magis Genie’ - a 360° viewing platform for client experience - which proved crucial during the pandemic.
