  Responsible for credit risk review and credit administration of PMIC portfolio under the direct supervision of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO). My current responsibilities include:i. Responsible for arranging facility documents including Offer Letters, Agreements and other legal documents.ii. Ensure the completeness of before renewal of facilities and disbursements. iii. Ensure credit documents remain updated and escalate exception reports. iv. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.v. Review and recommend disbursements to the relevant authority. vi. Regulatory Reporting to Credit Bureau. vii. Review ratings of borrowers based on Institutional Rating System. viii. Review of credit proposals presented by Portfolio Management Department. ix. Conduct field visits to borrower’s Head Office, branches & end clients and prepare back to office reports. x. Review monthly and quarterly progress of the Sector and PMIC’s borrowers, and share the breaches based on consolidated covenants compliance status shared by borrowers. xi. Engage with various stakeholders, both inside and outside the company to effectively manage the work relationships. xii. Prepare packs for Management Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee for the credit section. Show less
