In 2023 I contributed to transform "Electrical Drives" into "Electrified Motion", by leading the business transformation, resulting in two successful carve-outs, post-merger integration and an overarching employee council agreement for approx. 18,000 associates. I reported directly to Electrical Drive CEO/CFO and was part of Bosch Group's global HR leadership team.- Led a global HR-team of 150+ associates, including HR Business Partners and HR Center of Expertise in US, Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe as well as China. - Business partnered Top-Mgt (C, C-1 level) of Electrical Drive BU impacting 18,000 associates worldwide, focusing especially on strategic talent management, especially in Manufacturing, R&D, Software development.- Led worker's council negotiations to achieve restructuring and reorganization targets, affecting approx. 3,500 associates in Germany and 14,000 associates worldwide and a positive EBITDA.- Actively drove DEI and change initiatives to target achievement (2023; 18%).
