  Initiated and developed a unique course where students conducted environmental and energy audits of public buildings as a public service, including Buffalo City Hall, Buffalo Museum of Science, and local high schools. Along the way, I received a National Park Service and US Department of Energy grant to conduct an energy audit and analysis at Yosemite National Park with four students. I authored a chapter in Education & Sustainable Development: Responding to the Global Challenge, 2002.
