  As a member of the GeoSpatial Team, I lead efforts to engage partner agencies and colleagues, and translate business use cases into strategies, data analytics and digital solutions. I led a core team of 5 officers and spearheaded with 20 officers in the department to deliver a whole-of-government exhibition which saw at least 160 officers in attendance on the launch day, from both science, tech & planning sectors. This exhibition showcased latest data, tools, and analytics in to support urban planning and design - e.g AI in Urban Planning.In the data science realm, I led efforts to co-develop with an agency, a prediction model using gravity modelling to simulate impact of facility closures/re-opening/new opening. This also comprise wrangling and visualisation of data through python coding.As part of my work, I have also led conversations in IT architecture and systemic approaches to meet growing needs sustainably. Lastly, as a planner in a tech team, I also focused on capability building across WOG and within URA; I organised training programmes and taught ~ 120 planners/architects Basic ArcGIS Pro.From Jan - Dec 2021, I double-hatted some of my work from my previous department, Planning Policies.I served as one of the 3 members on URA’s Long-Term Plan Review Public Engagement Strategy Team, to plan and design the overall engagement structure and content, as well as operationalisation and implementation of the phase 1 and 2 sessions.
