      Served as the electrical construction manager for a AU$300 million, 70Million Liter/Day water recycling design-build project. Managed a team of six electrical engineers during construction. Responsibilities included coordinating electrical power connections with the local utility for an onsite 33kV substation built by CH2M HILL and its JV partner, managing the commissioning planning for the electrical power system and managed the startup team, tracked and managed the schedule of major MCC and switchgear deliveries from the manufacturing sites to ensure ontime delivery of long lead time major electrical equipment, procured portable standby power generators and VFD's during the commissioning phases of the project to protect the plant against unacceptable power or process system outages.       As part of a program management team for the City of Fresno's $429 million water resources program, served as the program's project manager of the new $160 million (est.) 80mgd Southeast Surface Water Treatment Facility (SESWTF). This SESWTF design was completed in July of 2015. This project is anticipated to begin construction in December of 2015. The SESWTF water treatment features includes flocculation and sedimentation, ozonation, filtration, dewatering, treated water reservoirs, booster pump stations, and back up generation. Project consists of full building renovation and installation of new process equipment for raw wastewater solids screenings and grit removal. Leading an onsite team of construction engineers and inspectors, while coordinating with office professional staff of schedulers, cost estimators, and document controls specialists. Responsible for quality control, change order negotiation, construction scheduling and resource coordination, coordination with client's plant operations organization, and construction contract administration of four separate prime contractors performing work on two sites simultaneously.
