I was responsible for data analysis and authored the final publication. The study assessed the impact of referring prediabetic patients to a diabetes technician (DT) who signposted them to programmes like NERS and Slimming World. My research demonstrated social value returns of £4.67 to £5.07 for every £1 invested, highlighting the effectiveness of such interventions. I developed expertise in quantitative analysis, SROI modelling, and health economics while managing the project from start to finish. This experience has equipped me with advanced research, data analysis, and publication skills, making me well-suited for roles in clinical research with a strong emphasis on evaluating health interventions and outcomes.
