  Promoted to this critical leadership role to spearhead the installation and management of cloud financial operations tooling, enabling AT&T to convert the cloud FinOps operation to new technology and provide a single source for all cloud spend and resources. Completed installation of CloudCheckr in 2017 and then repeated process for the conversion to CloudHealth the following year. Served as administrator of each tool post-implementation.➡️ Completed the successful conversion from CloudCheckr to CloudHealth, involving the deployment of 12 AWS Master Payer accounts, 8 Azure enrollments, Oracle cloud, and a proof of concept for VrOps integration.➡️ Mapped out the entire AT&T organizational structure into CloudHealth. Built the structure eight layers deep, covering 100+ separate organizational units, 800+ AWS accounts, and more than 4,000 Azure subscriptions.➡️ Developed and executed strategies to seamlessly integrate new tools into company’s AWS and Azure infrastructure.➡️ Managed $150,000 professional services budget over two years to ensure successful rollout of CloudHealth.➡️ Conducted in-depth assessment of existing Azure services and discovered $10M+ of overspend. Identified additional saving opportunities using reserved instances and savings plans.➡️ Generated approximately 15% savings for teams using CHT over other tooling.
