Investments include four developments with a total cost of $148M; $45.7M in equity and an equity investment in two existing projects of $3.7M. She was responsible for the creation and implementation of the investment committee process for all asset types; including multi-family, self-storage and industrial.She was responsible for implementing Titan Development's senior living strategy; prior to the creation of TDREFI as well as during the investment period for TDREFI.
