  Direct the Marketing Department of the hospital to maximize exposure to our target audience. Other responsibilities are Government Affairs, Public Relations, and Business Collaborations Chief Operating Officer in charge of the new hospital building project. The new project is a complete replacement 25 bed Critical Access Hospital. The $34 million dollar project is funded by the USDA. Completion date is expected in the summer of 2016 Directed the service departments of the hospital and managed the personnel of each department. I have also managed the Payroll, Human Resources, and Personnel Departments of the hospital. Other responsibilities were oversight of the Materials Management Department and were responsible for all Capital Equipment acquisitions
