  Youth Worker

  In this position, I provided individualized care to young people aged 16-18 under the Guardianship of the Minister in supported accommodation. Flexible, trauma informed and strength-based approaches were used to build up relationships with young people and to respond to their needs. I was also using problem solving and conflict resolution techniques to actively intervene with young people during times of stress or crisis.
