      Job Responsibilities:Check expenses vouchers (Either expense is occurred as per defined ceiling of company and compares expenses heads with relevant books of accounts.Check either Procurement committee performs its duty as per company policy.Verify payroll with salary adjustment (deduction of Provident fund, EOBI, advance salary, financial penalty, employees’ leave and loan).Check the posting of all heads of payroll in relevant books of accounts.Check bank reconciliation and verify deposits and withdrawals.Check fund movement from branch to branch and head office to branch with supportive documents and posting in relevant books of accounts.Checking of stock physically and compare with stock register.Check fund planning and achievement.Check branch software record with manual record.Verify client loan appraisal process.Check loan adjustment of deceased client.Verify calculation of bad debts as well as recovery of bad debts and its adjustment in accounts.Check overdue loan amount and identify its current status.Evaluate the productivity of branch as well as employee wise and give recommendations for enhancing productivity.Follow up the monitoring of Regional Manager.Check loan application forms with supportive documents.Verify the loan disbursement and recovery as per company policy.Follow up of previous audit report and give guidance to branch management for resolving the issues.
