  Support consumer electronic customers, such as: CVTE, Insta360, Lumi, T&W and Qihan- CVTE project use IMX258 for PDAF function. The project is very difficult with a lot of technical blocks and tight schedule. Both Hi-silicon and Socionext give up, while Ambarella give commitment. As project manager, I need to lead both Shenzhen and Hsinchu engineers, module vendor and CVTE engineers, to clarify the needs, break down the work and develop the features on-time. The project is done with great success with a very hard work. CVTE Seewo GM say “Thanks” to Ambarella, and Ambarella become qualified supplier of CVTE from this project.Support Tier-1 customers for pre-market, such as: DesaySV, Foryou, HSAE, BYD and TTE.- HSAE-Nissan product spec is not specified at the beginning, and the development effort is huge. Act as project manager, I communicate with customer frequently in early stage, break down the work, make SDK development plan, update customer the progress weekly. In the middle of the project, I need to clarify the “missing features”, the duties of all participants, help HSAE updating the whole project plan, give suggestions on how to balance product features and project schedule.- The project involve total 50 engineers, last for 12 months, with more than 3,000 bugs fixed. There are a lot of tough issues and cross each other. I often work till midnight, join the features re-fine, re-plan, bugs assign, and inspire engineers to promote problem solving. I’m the KEY person to make this project done successfully.Support NN algorithm companies, such as: Readsense, Untouch and ECL.
