      Was senior research assistant at a research center that was dedicated to studying the biological basis of abnormal brain functioning in people with bipolar disorder, depression, development disabilities, drug abuse and schizophrenia. Participated in grant writing that resulted in major NIH funding for the center. Supervised execution of major pharmaceutical company clinical trials as per FDA regulations and pharmaceutical company specifications. Responsible for training all International medical professionals with Johns Hopkins policies and standards. Responsible for a complete turnkey solution which included running feasibility studies, designing the clinic to meet JCI guidelines, tendering to select medical equipment, developed complete set of policies and procedures for operating a multi-specialty outpatient clinics and hiring the required clinical and supporting staff. Signed contracts for direct billing with leading local and international insurance companies, including TPA’s. Supervised the implementation of an Electronic Medical Records system that generated the required CPT and ICD 10 codes for e-claims submission. Developed programs for providing medical on-site cover for nursery schools in Dubai that also included mental health assessment.
