      A Raytheon Technologies Company • Worked on the quality team which supported production of the PW1100 Geared Turbofan (GTF) engine for the Airbus A320 NEO aircraft at the Middletown Engine Center. • Performed audits to ensure that the assembly floor specifications were being followed to assemble engines. Worked with mechanics and process planning to develop and implement improvements to work instructions. • Led root-cause analysis investigations on assembly defects reported by Airbus. Implemented immediate containment actions, such as updating visual inspection checklists, and further corrective/preventative actions to prevent repeat escapes. • Initiated population bounding in relation to product recall events.
