  -Lead manufacturing operations (manufacturing) in SMI 3 by co-ordinating with SMI Planning and Manufacturing Departments. -Comply with SMI and statuary HSE and QC policies and regulation. -Ensure product compliance to customer/SMI requirements through implementation of rigorous control procedures. -Analyse manufacturing requirements and specifications and cascade clearly to team members. -Control all site usage, movement, and storage areas. -Coordinate with relevant internal departments such as Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QHSE, HR, Maintenance, Finance, Engineering, to get update on their work schedule at their end and update manufacturing plans and schedules accordingly. -Contribute to continuous improvement activities and cost saving initiatives. -Prepare and participate in all quality and customer audits (eg.
