To maintain the integrity of mechanical equipment on platform, by ensuring that the maintenance, inspection and certification are carried out timely and systematically. 4. To maintain the integrity of static equipment on platform, including: piping, structure of top side platform. and ensure that the maintenance, inspection and certification are carried out timely and systematically.  Main work achievements:1. Take part in PY5-1B and PY4-2B DPP project preparation, and commissioning work. Supervise the rotating equipment quality, and coordinate related domestic and foreign resource. Formulate" Generator and High-power Equipment start Rule", promote the improvement of the main engine system: the central cooling water module modification and crude oil separator circulation. 3. Finish the platform and rotation equipment 10 years inspection. 4. Onsite finish lifeboat 5 years inspection and hook replacement , which is the first hook replacement in South China Sea5. Erect the condition based management，include: lube oil analysis and vibration spectrum, etc. Keep CM/ (PM + CM+CBM) man-hour ratio: ≤10%, 2018 actual status: 6.25%. Keep Critical equipment reliability: 98.28%. Keep Self-maintenance ratio: ≥75%, 2018 actual status: 88.6%.2. As a key member, involve in #1 engine room fire case investigation, worked with Wartsila service engineers on asset damage assessment, prepared material list for purchase and closely tracked on material receiving, on site surprise the recovery work, which led for a quick recovery of #C engine in 2 months;3. Optimize water maker, and successfully finish domestic water maker application in South China Sea offshore platform.4.
