   Planning and Execute daily works according to Inspection plan and Inspection offer for Shop and Vendors.  Review of Projects Approved documents like Quality assurance plane, Inspection and Test procedure, Technical Specification, Approved Drawing, Applicable Standard and Code etc for prepare documents for Projects.. Inspection of machined components at Shop and Vendor end. Involved in Different inspection Stages during manufacturing of casting components like Chemical analysis, Mechanical test, Marking, NDT, Fettling & Assembly Cutting etc. Visual and Dimensional Inspection of Final fabricated Components and Ensure Quality requirements. Vendor Inspection of Casting, Forging, Plates, Pouring witness etc. Stamping and identification of Material at Vendors. Machining inspection of heavy castings & fabricated structure like Diaphram, Roller, Outlet Port etc and Heavy Casting like Grinding table, Journal Head, Retainer etc according to approved drawing and documents and Ensure required dimensions, geometrical tolerance, Visual quality of each machined components. Assembly and Subassembly inspection at Shop and ensure proper alignment, sound fit up, Dimensions and Visual quality of overall assembly. Final inspection of Castings & Fabricated component with Client or TPI. NDT Inspection:• Ultrasonic Testing of Castings & Fabricated structure etc. • MPI (NDT) for Machined and Casted component by Yoke/Prod Florescent technique. • DPT inspection of Fabricated and Machined Components.  Monitoring of Calibration process of different Instruments, complete the calibration process and maintain the records and distribute the same to each departments and units.  Working under SAP System (QA Module): Responsible for assign inspection Plan to different components, Inspection Report Preparation in SAP, Inspection lot clearance etc. Show less
