  I served our church's Community Group leaders through formation, discipleship, and shepherding, as well as helping to develop Bible Study and training curriculum and overseeing the administration of our Community Groups. I co-led our church's Leadership Development internship program, writing curriculum, teaching sessions, and coaching the ministry leaders in our church. The goal of the program was to help ministry leaders grow and expand their roles, discovering what areas of ministry they were most passionate about and equipped for.

  I oversee our Communications Department for a non-profit ministry working to support the church in an undisclosed country. In my role, I interface with contractors and work directly with every area of our communication, including our website, email, video, design, and social media. I also assist the fundraising team and work extensively with our partner relations efforts, helping create pathways of engagement to educate and develop our donors. I help create opportunities for engagement for our partners and enhance their learning about the work we do. Show less
