    As a Senior Chief Engineer - Systems Engineering, I have over 28 years of experience in designing and developing complex engineered systems across multiple domains and geographies, applying my expertise in systems architecture & design, MBSE, software architecture, artificial intelligence - machine learning and lean product development. I have led the technology and systems strategy for several Centers of Excellence, enabling new product innovation and excellence. I also collaborate with senior customers and stakeholders, providing thought leadership and guidance on engineering, strategic, and operational aspects. I have championed many organizational initiatives and transformational programs, such as Lean Product Development, Agile, Core Platforms, and Systems Engineering Competency Enhancement, resulting in faster market responsiveness and shorter product development cycle time. I have received multiple awards and honors, including the INCOSE Fellow Award, SAE Forest McFarland Award, ISSE Fellow Award, INCOSE Outstanding Service Award, IEEE Champion Award and the HTS Annual Leadership Excellence Award. I have published and presented my work on AI, complex systems, and systems engineering in reputed international conferences and journals, and have received best paper awards.
