      Systems Administrator/PC Specialist 1998-4/2002I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of 830 PCs in a 95/NT environment. I supervised contract employees assigned to my client team as well as coordinated the replacement and upgrade of all desktop computers. I was the technical lead for the migration of 830 PCs from Windows 3.11 to 95/NT. I installed software upgrades for desktop's in a manufacturing environment as well as providing Level III helpdesk support for all desktop related issues.Operations Team Leader 1996-1998I was responsible for the day-to-day operations and scheduling of staff in a 24x7x52 support environment. I conducted annual performance reviews of my employees.       I was assigned to an Aerial Port Squadron and my primary duties are the training and supervision of all 44 Airman assigned to the Cargo and Special Handling sections in the proper procedures of working in an aerial port environment. Aerial Port requirements include the loading and unloading of all passengers and cargo at deployed locations throughout the world. This processing includes both military and civilian aircraft. I was responsible for all evaluations, awards recommendation, and discipline for both home station and deployments. Guided Airmen in their career progression through leadership and continuing education recommendations.I was also the primary Joint Inspection Instructor for my base. In this capacity I was responsible to ensure all students understood the Joint Inspection process to include following the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), knowledge of Air Force Manuals, and understand the communication processes established by the Air Force.I was deployed four times to the Middle East. In addition to my primary tasks during one deployment I worked with the Kyrgyzstan Immigration officials regarding the immigration of all coalition personnel into and out of the country. Show less
