  o2 Urban Farms is a hydroponic farm that teaches job skills to adults with disabilities. We grow lettuce, herbs and microgreens. As Director of Operations I managed every aspect of the farm from planting, growing, plant nutrients, harvesting, sales, building a portfolio. I also developed training and was a certified DSP (Direct Service Provider) I worked with persons who the state sent me to develop job skills to help them become more competitive.
