  In charge of keeping the ship ready to launch and land planes at any time, including daily maintenance and daily/nightly flight ops. Managed a team of 12 through Iraqi Freedom Campaign and "Shock and Awe" campaign, in which I helped launch 32 planes off in 7 minutes.In 2004 I was stationed at Naval Station Everett, working for the Honor guard team. Honor guard consisted of presenting fallen veterans and fallen active duty members family's honor and last respects from the President and the US Navy. In 2005, I took over the Leading Petty Officer position (LPO) of Honor guard, in which I was in charge of 3-6 people at a time. Duties consisted of leading my team to and from funerals, handling training, and developing professional teamwork within the ever changing teams. Responsible for the professional performance of military personnel in over 1000 funerals.
