  - Served as the WGA policy lead for issues related to energy, electric vehicles, water, agriculture, and air quality. - Directed Oregon Governor Brown’s Electric Vehicles Roadmap Initiative, her signature project as WGA Chair in 2020-21. Authored the Initiative Report and facilitated the development of an MOU between nine western governors to support the effective deployment of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. - Developed WGA’s first policy resolution on Broadband Connectivity.
