      In this role I was responsible for all aspects of Spring Training ticket sales including service, operations and fulfillment. Additionally, I worked closely with the team's operations coordinator to identify, develop and implement marketing opportunities and promotions. • Wrote/edited/designed promotional materials including pocket schedules and ticket mailers.• Created and implemented marketing and management sales plan for all game tickets.• Hired, trained and managed game-day ticketing staff and Box Office Intern.• Processed all payments, balanced all sales and prepared daily deposit and sales reports. • Served as liaison between Ticketmaster, the Cleveland Indians and the customer.• Increased new season ticket holder base by 21% while maintaining an 87% renewal rate. • Surpassed 2005 group ticket sales by 21% by mid-season.• Provided necessary troubleshooting to ensure excellent customer service.
