      Point of contact for all policy/procedure related issues, provided clarification between partner and national teams. Responsible for execution of process, enhancements, and changes. Partnered with quality, training, customer delivery and operations. Participated in daily and weekly meetings with peers, provided EOW data to senior leaders. Assisted wtih escalations relating to policy and customer concerns. Helped grow employee membership from 400 to 20,000. Supported the MCN board by attending meetings, providing updates and 1:1 mentorship. Partnered with other employee resource groups for intersectional events. In this time the team created the first ever MCN newsletter. Participated and guided events such as Stand Against Racism Campaign, Talking with Trailblazers featuring employee panel and Dr. Jen Walter, Shiza Shahid guest speaker with WLN, MLK day community give back events and more. Screened all candidates and completed all interviews for high volume call center. Partnered with recruiter at all hiring events including Hire a Vet campaign. Met with site senior leadership team to discuss pipeline, potentials, hiring events and ensured that site was on target to hit hiring plan.
