  My current role entail various daily objectives of the application administrator role at below is a high level description Application administrator is to install, update, diagnose user management and support the non-technical aspects of the application. Administrator must co-ordinate with the business for their requirements and developers for development and production deployment.The role includes analysing requirements and functional design documents of a project or release, creating test documentation for a project/release, writing test cases from business requirements and/or functional design documents and execution of test scripts and management of your own defects.To ensure the system is operating effectively and manage the Service Now queue (IT ticket management application) and to provide first level systems support for incidents raised on the Retail Systems work queue in Service Now. The appointee will analyse the incident and follow up for additional information and then either resolve the incident or reassign to the applicable work queueIn addition to the above user maintenance of the Administrator tole this includes our applications Salesforce (Sales and Service clouds) is also apart of the administration for managing user set up, develop and maintain reporting, develop and maintain dashboards. Gather requirements from business areas within the Retail department of Australian Unity and consult as necessary as well as raise requirements on their behalf to internal Salesforce Technical Team I thoroughly enjoy the various tasks in my role and the daily challenges that can come by and working through these as a team.
