      Jan 2020 - May 2020
      Teaching Assistant

      • Presented and taught first-year engineering students basic MATLAB coding skill.• Answered students’ questions during class or email, graded MATLAB codes, paper works, and projects.

    • Microfluidics and Microsystems Laboratory(URI)

      Oct 2020 - May 2021
      Undergraduate Research Team Leader

      • Designed and built a 3D print low-cost Lab-on-a-Chip device that can generate pulsatile flow by using acoustic energy.• Investigated the performance of 3D print clear resin acoustic lab-on-a-chip device, compare with traditional polydimethylsiloxane microfluidic device.• Simulated the pulsatile environment in a real blood vessel by controlling the voltage of the transducer and the shape of the air bubble.

    • Intelligent Control and Robotics Laboratory (URI)

      Jun 2021 - May 2022
      Robotics Engineering Intern

      • Worked with a Ph.D. Student to designed, constructed, configured, and debugged two sets of robot

    • NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration

      Oct 2021 - May 2022
NASA Capstone Project in Centrifugal Nuclear Thermal Propulsion Systems (CNTR)

      • Work with NASA consultants and other Universities to design a Centrifugal Nuclear Thermal Rocket (CNTR). The rocket uses nuclear fuel contained in rotating cylinders by centrifugal force to heat the propellant and generate thrust. • Design a prototype for the rotation system. • Integrate the PID control to the system level to be paired with the neutronics reaction system level safety loops.
